I would like to describe the topic in more detail:
We have different user groups that have different permissions. This also affects the permissions to use downloads. All users should see all downloads that have specific download icons. If a user does not have the appropriate permission for the download, then a system message "no permission" comes up.
Currently, all downloads for which the user does not have the permissions are displayed with the same icon. However, this should be different. All downloads should be shown to all users with the individual icons, no matter if the user has the permission for the download or not.
